Ghandhara Ind teams up with UD Trucks to market CBU units
Ghandhara Industries Limited (PSX: GIL) has entered into a strategic partnership with UD Trucks Corporation to market and distribute completely built-up (CBU) units of UD Trucks in Pakistan, according to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday. The company said it has formally signed a collaboration agreement with UD Trucks covering the import and distribution of the Japanese truck manufacturer’s vehicles in the Pakistani market. Ghandhara Industries expects to commence the import and distribution of UD Trucks in Pakistan from the first quarter of calendar year 2027.
